All labels are subject to 100% inspection before dispatch to ensure that every label can be used on the end product without the need for further inspection. Adcal has held ISO 9002 since 1992 and we employ rigorous and continuous checking procedures throughout production.

Our central location means we are able to deliver next day throughout the UK and Europe using high speed reliable ISO 9002 courier services.

We acknowledge that our staff are very important and they affect the Quality of our Product and Service to our customer. Product Quality follows from strict adherence to our continually evolving and improving Quality System. Service Quality comes from listening to our customers needs, expectations and experience. We must pay attention to the feedback of our customers and strive to improve their satisfaction in dealing with us.

The Senior Management Team are committed to continual improvement and communicate this message to all our staff through the internal briefing, training and staff appraisal.
